How to play BTTS

Both Teams To Score tips are designed to help punters make money betting on football matches. They feature a simple system based around the concept of taking advantage of scoring odds offered by bookmakers.

The idea behind this tip is that there are times during games when it seems likely that one team will score more than the other. In such cases, the smart money is on the side offering better odds.

In fact, we suggest looking out for situations where the favourite might offer either 2/1 or 3/1 odds while the underdog offers 4/1 or 5/1. These odds are known as being ‘in range’.

If you find yourself in such a situation, it makes sense to go with the underdog. After all, if he scores against the odds, you’ll win some extra cash. And if he doesn’t, well, you won’t lose anything.

Does BTTS count in extra time?

The short answer is no. A popular betting strategy called “BTTS”, or “Both Teams To Score,” is based on the idea that you are better off backing both teams to score in soccer games because one team rarely scores twice in regulation time. This is especially true in knockout rounds where there is usually less time left in the match. In fact, it’s rare for either side to score more than once in extra time.

However, this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t make a wager on a football match involving extra time. You just have to know what to look out for. For example, goals scored during extra time do not count toward your bet. Also, if the match ends with a draw, neither team wins.
